Bad message 400 when try change country
Hello, I’m try change the oringen/country in my apple store app and I’m get this message: bad message 400

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand from your post that you are attempting to update your country or region, but get an error message on your iPhone when you attempt to do so. I'm happy to help!
First, try updating your region on another device, such as through iTunes on a computer. For all the ways you can update your region, check out Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support.
