On IOS iPad how do I DELETE a form in Numbers

I created a form for quick data entry. Love it. But now I have added another column to the table and the form does not capture the new column. i can make a new form for the table that will include the added column. I cannot edit the old (now obsolete) form or delete it.

Just figured out how to delete. I thought a double tap would bring up a menu to delete. Wrong.

To delete the sheet tap the sheet you want to delete to select it. Once selected, tap it once quickly and you should get a menu to pop up which lets you either duplicate or delete the sheet.

The key here is to tap it once QUICKLY

Double tap on the tab for the form and the option to delete will come up.

Note that when you add a new column to the table that is linked to the form, that column will be added to the form. However, to appear, there must be a header row, it must not be blank, and it must not be merged. If the header row is blank or merged that column will be hidden on the form.
