Personalized channels for separate users of Apple TV

How do you personalize channels for separate users of Apple TV? Example, when I tap the Apple TV icon under my user account I want it tailored to my likes and the same for my wife when she switches to hers.

Apple tv I have an Apple TV +subscription on my IPhone. I also have a 3rd generation Apple TV where I logged in underneath my Apple ID , however I don’t have the same menu. On the IPhone I have the latest tv shows and movies and on the Tv I came find any of the same ahows. Hows that possible and how can I change that?
