Purple stripes on photo

I have the same issue on my XR. It seems to be an issue with HDR. When I turn on "Keep normal photo" in camera settings I can see the normal photo doesn't have these lines. Its also only happening when HDR is used (whenever there is a bright light source and a dark area). I've just been keeping both the normal and HDR version for now and using the version that doesn't have the lines. Never happened until I updated to iOS 13.
