As I mentioned before, you need to tap Mark > Flag.

How can I flag an email in the new operating system?

Hello,

Long-press on the message. This will display a new menu > Mark > Flag.

I do not have flag when I long press on a message

since I installed 13.1.2 cannot get mail on my phone or iPad
