Why is the find my friends app deleted after updating to IOS 13? It says its not supported and my iphone is missing features im confused

Find my friends I have an iPhone XS and after it updated to iOS 13 it removed my Find my Friends app. It won’t let me download it either saying it requires specific features not available on my phone which I know it should work because I have the newest phone and software.

Apple rolled it into Find My.
