Why does iphone 8 bluetooth keep turning on, on it's own?

After Bluetooth has been turned off, sometimes it is later found to be back on. Also this has happened with WIFI - where cellular data was on and later WIFI will have been turned on, but not connected because there is no available previously used WIFI network.

WIFI is NOT setup to auto connect to available unlocked network, even if it is turned on.

I see you have some questions about why Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are being re-enabled after being disabled in the Control Center.

"While Wi-Fi is disabled, auto-join for any nearby Wi-Fi networks is also disabled until:

- You turn on Wi-Fi in Control Center.
- You connect to a Wi-Fi network in Settings > Wi-Fi.
- You walk or drive to a new location.
- It's 5 AM local time.
- You restart your device."

When Bluetooth is disabled from the Control Center,

"Your device disconnects from any accessory it's connected to, except for Apple Watch, Instant Hotspot, Apple Pencil, and Continuity features, like Handoff.

If Bluetooth is turned off, you won’t be able to connect your iOS device to your Bluetooth accessories until:

- You turn on Bluetooth in Control Center.
- You connect to a Bluetooth accessory in Settings > Bluetooth.
- It's 5 AM local time.
- You restart your device."

If you want those services disabled without being subject to the conditions listed above, you'll want to use Settings > Wi-Fi and Settings > Bluetooth instead of the Control Center.
