Your photograph suggests that you have a screen fault. If a hard-reset does not fix the problem, you should visit the Genius Bar ar your local Apple Store for testing. The helpful Apple staff will help to identify the cause and offer potential solutions.
I was able to bring my iPad back to life with a hard reset. This happened before the iOS 13 update. Now my iPad is working fine with iOS 13 and has not yet shown any relative issues since then. Nevertheless, I still showed my iPad to a technician in an apple store. He speculated that this may have happened due to a software glitch because if the problem was with my screen; then I wouldn’t have been able to bring back the display with a hard reset.
My concern however is that as to why such a thing is happening to me. My current iPad itself is a replaced model. The original too had the same issue and that never came back to life.
I tend to use my iPad in the same manner as I use my iPhone 7. Are iPad’ designed to bear robust activities? Am I wrongly operating my iPad? I am totally clueless! Please advise........
Note: Such an issue arises only when I go ahead with bulk update of all the available apps at once!!!
