I have an iPad with a Facetime account...…. And my mom and dad have an iPhone. The problem is that with facetime moms phonenumber stands I want instead of this the phonenumber of my dads iPhone. I don't know how to change te phonenumber??

A phone number associated with FaceTime & an Apple ID is set whenever an iPhone (which has that phone number) is used with that Apple ID. You cannot change this phone number without having an iPhone associated this new phone number.
I have fixed the problem myself…. I have "reset" the iPhone. Then a question came to use the numbmer of this iPhone for iMessage and Facetime……
And it works now….
I have on my Facetime setting my email adress and a 06 number. Either i want to change this 06 number into another 06 number.
Its now the 06 from my motherss iPhone and i want set this setting (06 number) into my dads iPhone number.
