Go to Safari menu > Preferences > Advanced. It should be on the bottom?
Well, if you are just seeing the mention on some website then the problem is on the websites end and there's not much you can do other than to not visit those sites.
As far as the Develop menu issue have you tried booting into Safe Mode and see if it works as expected there?
Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support
It may also help to create a new user and see if it works there.
Safe Mode runs some system checks and cache cleaning routines before login so that probably sorted it out temporarily. For further analysis you can run Etrecheck It is a diagnostic tool that's very useful to us in finding problems. Also it will give us further specs on your Mac. After it runs post the log file here. It will contain no personal information. Allowing full drive access will improve the quality of the report.
To post the log file click on share report and use the Page icon in your reply window.
The only other thing I can suggest is a long short but worth a try. Since it worked as expected in Safe Mode, go to System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items, choose SnappyHelper and use the minus button (-) to remove it. Then log out and back in and test. You can always add it back with the plus (+) button.
Also please uninstall BitDefender, Intego and Kaspersky as per the developer's instructions. No Anti-Virus software or so-called “cleaning” apps are needed or recommended for Mac OS. They can conflict with Mac's own built-in security. At best they will slow your Mac by using unnecessary resources and at worst will bork your entire system. Your Mac has all the built-in protection you need.
In fact running all those AV programs simultaneously may actually be the cause of the problem.
Yes if you suspect malware download and run Malwarebytes. Malwarebytes was developed by one of our own colleagues here in ASC and is about the most proven anti-malware software for Mac. All you need is the free version.

I don't know if that would affect the Develop menu or not.
It doesn't work or, at least, that file should not be the problem.
I canceled it, and few minutes ago I got the scam msg again.
Attached the etrecheck report.
To me, it sounds I'm investigating in the wrong direction:
I hope to be able to fix ...
Take care
If necessary, follow the manual instructions. Please do not download any other programs that are listed in the articles.

I don't see anything untoward in your report. I haven't heard of KownExtensions.plist, it could be an issue. I'd remove it (although plist files generally rebuild themselves).
My bad english...
What I was meaning is that I already flagged that option.
The main fact is that the develop-menu is not present anyway...
Do you know if any possible relationship with e.tre456_worm_osx (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250662956) ?
I already uninstalled all mentioned sw, MacJack.
They never run simultaneously as well...
I just tried them to see if possible fix, but no way.
I'm attaching the report you mentioned even if I cannot notice particular matters.

Thanks in advance
Main fact is I already run Malwarebytes with no results at all.
Also, I don't have neither safari extension installed nor any 'strange' app.
Very simply, I can observe that whenever I visit
web sites, I get the 'famous' e.tre456_worm_osx error pop-ups.
Several times per day.
Now this fact on Safari Menu ! Perhaps no references, I don't know.
To me it seems ridiculous I cannot solve the problem.
Thanks anyway
Thanks MacJack.
Loggin in with 'safe mode' enabled causes develop menu to be present.
Same with a normal login after the safe mode.
What I'm missing is the overall concept.
Imaging some sites could be compromised, the problem should appear to all people visiting those locations.
This is not really happening.
So, in my mind this should mean I have 'something' on my mac not properly correct...
On the other way round, running malwarebytes, bitdefender, intego and kaspersky products nothing is found.
Another matter really incredible, at least to me.
As I explained in the above mentioned thread, I re-installed both OSx both iOS.
The problem is back again.
Now I obviously consider any 'different' mac behavior as a possible related 'problem'.
Not able to fix this problem...
Thanks anyway
