Activation Locked

I have 3 - 1st generation iPads. Model No. A1474.

I bought several iPad's at a police auction. The first one I checked say's "Activation Lock"

Question: Is there any way to unlock it? I am unable to locate the previous owner.

Activation Lock hello support community. I bought my Ipad last 2 years ago from a third party here in Philippines. The previous owner sell this iPad to the person whom I bought it. Last year I broke my iPad. I tried to hire people to repair it. When they did the iPad needs Activation Lock. I don’t know the previous owner and I don’t have any contact with my seller. Pls help. I need this iPad for online class.

Take them and proof that you got them from a police auction to a physical Apple Store. At least one person has gotten other units unlocked.
