Hi, I did 3-4 hard reset for three days. today, after 16 hours of use, the charge is 20%. Something has improved.

Force restart your watch by holding down in the crown and side button for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo and release.
You may need to do this 2-3 times over the one or 2 days.
