How can i recover internal data Iphone?

Dear Everyone,

I was erasered in Find My Iphone 7Plus yesterday. Actually, my purpose is sign out my icloud account and sign in husband's icloud acccount, i would locate his phone, my misstake is press "eraser this devices". This morning i was lost everythings from my iphone, before i had no backup on Icloud & Itunes.

Can you help me recovery all my database
