Tourist Tax Refund at TaiWan Apple Store

Hi,

I am going to TW in early October and I has wondering if it is possible to purchase iPhone in Taiwan and I can get tax refund in there?

Please help me out with this

i bought a ipad mini 5 at 101 building recently, the apple store doesn’t refund tax 😟sad... (i go visit taiwan for two week)
