We are neither Apple nor service technicians, so you need to contact Apple starting with the "Contact Support" link at the top right of this page.
Your display is a sealed assembly. Any damage can only be fixed by replacing the entire assembly. Others with damaged displays on Retina MBPs like yours have posted here that repairs were in the US$500-600 range.
