iPhone email signature image not showing

Since updating to ios13, my email signature logo is not showing in my email.

It is saved in signatures, so the signature is coming across, but the logo is a blank box?

I was changing the email signature image and then i got the same problem. I tried many things, html signature, testing outlook copy paste etc etc.

What did fix it for me was using Spark the email app from app store. I created a signature and pasted in the image from my picture library. Then opened a new email and copy pasted the whole signature. Paste it in the original mail app signature.

Fixed my problems!

Strangest thing...

I applied the Spark solution with success: sent a test email to myself and when I open it on my iPhone, voila, there's my signature again. However, when I open this same test mail on my Macbook, the images are gone again...

Apple...please, when will you provide a real solution?? Getting more frustrated with you over time and I guess I'm not the only one...

This is completely unacceptable. I called Apple support in the UK and they stated that signature in mail is no longer supported?!

As far as I know, this was never supported and nothing has changed in recent updates. There were unofficial tricks/hacks/modifications (choose how you would like to call it) that allow to setup logo with Mail app signature, but such feature has never been officially supported.

100% of businesses use and have been using for years?!

The solution is to use server side signature that can be attached to every email going out through your company server. Talk to your IT Department or Email Server admins to implement such feature for employees in the company you work for.

I expect more from Apple and hope this issue will be addressed asap and a reply posted to me.

AmiOlsen,

Find the post about using the Spark App to create the signature with a logo. Make sure you cut and paste the logo FROM an email generated by the Spark App. It did not work for the the first time because I did not do this.

It has worked for me ever since, even through the most recent update on both my iPhone and iPad.

Once completed delete your account from the Spark App, or not. It doesn't matter.

I’m not sure if you tried this way or not but it worked well for me and has been working just fine sense.....this is the only way that worked for me all the other comments in here and YouTube videos and Internet forums would not work.

hope it helps I know it’s frustrating

I’m not sure if anyone came up with a solution to this problem but after having this issue for sometime now I got mine to work....I used a site called htmlsig.com and created the signature I simply copied from there pasted it into my signature on my iPhone 11 Pro and it works with no issue. Hopefully this helps everyone this has been driving me nuts

I've been using Spark instead of apple mail on my ipad as has been suggested in an earlier post. The signature works great. Another good thing about spark is that when I start to write a new email in apple mail, (AM), then go to safari to copy a link, come back to AM to paste it, the whole content of the email disappears. I've had this happen too many times with AM to count. Spark is much, much better. Apple has clearly dropped the ball.

You are exactly correct. It's not a rant. If the Apple employee doesn't forward this up the chain, Apple will lose business. They behaved in this way in the past and it cost them dearly.

We know these posts are being monitored, but at this point it is clear they don't have a solution and they simply are ignoring their customers. This is how a company loses customers ... plain and simple.

@Bignuge77 Here are the steps that worked for me 100% iOS 13.6.1

  1. Install the Spark app on your Mac
  2. Create a Signature, simply write the text and drag the logo from your desktop. If you click on the HTML tab on the right you will see that it creates the HTML format
  3. Send your self an email to your iPhone.
  4. Open the email in your mail app, highlight and copy it
  5. Open Settings emails, signatures and paste it in the corresponded email section. You will not see the logo, just an empty spot and the text, I did not do undo attributes.

Send your self an email and open on your mac and your iPhone. Do you see the full signature with the logo?

Good luck!
