Is it possible you recovery my photos?

Yesterday I delete photos, by mistake, from my Icloud because I was cleaning my Iphone 5 to give to my daughter. I thought deleting photos from the device didn't affect the icloud, but i was wrong!!

Is it possible you recovery my photos?

I have 3 Iphones, but two I migrate to my daughters..

Iphone 6 => ra**@hotmail.com (this device i don't need to recovery)

Iphone 5 => br**@hotmail.com (i need to recovery photos this device)
