Not receiving notifications.

Ever since the new update (ios 13) I have not been able to receive iMessage notifications for one person only. I receive them for everyone else but not them. And I’ve checked everything notifications are on. I also do not have just his conversation on silent. Can someone please help?

Check in Contacts:

Contacts → The persons entry → Edit → Text Tone is not set to NONE
