Password not working for Factory Reset

So basically I’ve been trying to reset my iPhone to factory reset but anytime I have to type in my password it says its incorrect, I know my password since it works to unlock my phone and I’ve also tried disabling my password and trying it again but still no luck, i was on the IOS 13 Beta but I updated to the public release and still no luck.
