So basically I’ve been trying to reset my iPhone to factory reset but anytime I have to type in my password it says its incorrect, I know my password since it works to unlock my phone and I’ve also tried disabling my password and trying it again but still no luck, i was on the IOS 13 Beta but I updated to the public release and still no luck.

Never seen this behaviour before.
Perhaps try to force start your iPhone, then try again.

Are you referring to passcode or Apple ID Password?
Passcode sorry.
I don’t think I’ve forgotten my password cause I can unlock my phone with it and type it in to access the password settings. I’m not sure what’s wrong to be honest.
Did you try to remove the passcode?
Settings → Face ID & Passcode → Turn Passcode Off

I meant in Settings → General → Reset → Erase all contents and settings
