Keyboard missing

I updated my iPad 2018 to iPadOS 13.1.2, then a brand new problem appeared: the keyboard sometimes disappears (got that in Safari and Notes) and I had to forced quit to solve it. Lately it may reappear and will be solved by the same way each time. What’s wrong to my iPad? Can I do anything to solve it thoroughly?
