Where can I find a person to help me reset my iPhone

What do you mean by "reset"? The first two require a computer, the others do not

• If it is disabled-->If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
• To restore factory settings-->Restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
• To erase it: Settings/General/Reset - Erase all content and settings
• To restart (reboot) it-->Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

1. Restart:  Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears. Also, see Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
2. Reset:  Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10-15 seconds). Also, see iPhone, iPad, iPod touch- Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting.

If you have activation lock and need to restore your iPhone to remove a passcode, etc, you can do this from iCloud.com. You can also use the Find My (or Find My iPhone) app on your or someone else's (just want to make sure to sign them out and sign yourself in) iOS or iPadOS device to erase your device.

From iCloud.com: click on Find My > All Devices > your iPhone > Erase This Device

Find My app: open Find my app > Devices > click on your iPhone > Erase This Device
