Tap time to speak is missing

The option for tap time to speak is not showing up as an option on my watch app. Help! My toddler son loves this feature.

Both my watch and cell are updated to the latest software. It is for the Mickey face. I deleted it last night and added it back on this morning. It is now working. Thank you.

Are you specifically trying to use Mickey & Minnie? If yes, make sure your Watch is updated to watchOS 6.0.1 and your iPhone to iOS 13.1.2 then remove and replace the faces.
