Dark Mode for iTunes Windows 10 Please

I recently switched from Spotify to Apple music and was a little disappointed to find that Apple Music could only be used through iTunes. I've always found iTunes for Windows a little clunky.

It's quite unbearable when every other window is dark, but iTunes shines bright like a flashlight. This has already been enabled for macOS. Can we please get a dark mode for Windows 10?

Or at least decouple Apple Music from iTunes..
