Not receiving texts or calls

I recently transferred from 3 to EE and can no longer receive calls or texts. I can however, make calls and send texts. iMessage is working fine.

Well, contact them again.

You can try to perform network settings reset. Head to Settings > General > Reset, and see if it works for you But I bet it's a problem on a carrier's side.

Contact your carrier. They do provide you with cellular service.

Then contact your carrier again, because they lie. Cellular is their service. You pay them. Make them work.

I have contacted EE. They have said it is working, it clearly isn't though.
