Do not disturb no longer works. Both my husband and I are having the issue. We’ve done a hard reset on the phone, not just powering it off and resetting the settings. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

What do you mean exactly by "Do not disturb no longer works" ?
Can you elaborate?
Are phone calls coming through?
Are notifications sounding?
Are you referring to manually turning DND on/off? Or the schedule no longer works?
The call and the sound booth came through. We figured it out though.
The settings changed with iOS 13.
You have to make sure your phone is marked to allow no one and no repeated calls.
