Itunes account keeps getting locked

So for 4 months now, I’m getting emails that my account is locked and that “I need to unlock it before 24 hours”. I unlock it every time and I think I’m getting hacked. I had to change my debit card information a couple of times because someone was using it and I think it’s coming from my itunes account. When I “unlock” my account, it asks me to verify my name, street and card information. Any suggestions ir advice? The emails look legit but I’m not sure what’s going on.

You are getting hacked! It's a scam: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support will explain.
