MacBook Air 2014 is very slow

Hi everyone, I have some problems with my MacBook. My MacBook is the last weeks very slow with starting up and opening programs. Does anyone know how I can fix this? (I have already returned it to the factory settings but without a result.)

I suggest you use the program created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor.  It will provide a snapshot of your system which we can analyze to possibly determine the cause of your problem. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. On the screen with Options, please open Options and check the bottom 2 boxes before running. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.

You did not post the report in its entirety so it is impossible to give complete diagnoses of the problems with your Mac but it says that you have an antivirus package installed. Plus it says that a runaway program is using an inordinate amount of CPU. You will need to post the entire report for any additional suggestions.

To post the entire report use the third icon to left which look like a page with a folded corner.
