This song is not currently available in your country or region

My library (all ripped from my own CDs) suddenly greyed out on my iPhone SE with "song not currently available in your country or region". I always sync via cable from my PC.

is this a problem from the recent iTunes update for my phone that I did earlier today?

How do i undo the update or otherwise fix the problem?

The songs in question should be uploaded since I sync my entire music library, are not uploaded to the phone, but they show up as greyed out in playlists. These are my MP3s, which all play in iTunes on my Win10 system and on my Touch. All OSs and apps are current and up-to-date. I have NEVER run Apple Music so supposedly streaming/song matching should not be an issue. What is there to be done?

Music I have tried to acess my songs on my iPhone 13. I can not access some of them. It says the song is not currently available in your country or region.

this song is not available from your country or region after a long time I recently downloaded an mp3 file on to my itunes on laptop . It worked. ..when syncing my iphone to itunes ..It did not work ? this song not available ..bla bla It acted as though it had never seen my iphone before. Only one I have used . Have updated software too . What to do here ?
