Wrong Trade-in kit

Apple sent me a return kit for a Apple Watch and I am returning a phone. How do I get the proper kit? Can I go to the Apple store to return the phone?

Contact Apple to fix this. Apple does not process trade-ins, rather this is done by a third-party. If, on the other hand, you are returning a defective phone for a replacement (not a trade-in) then Apple handles it.
