Battery drain fast -New iphone

I got a new phone- a week ago to be exact and the battery drains quick. Watching YouTube videos, gaming, social ect… It also charges in 2 hours or less depending on when it gets put onto charger. When I went to sleep it was 54% and then drained to 36% when I woke up. Auto Brightness was on and wallpaper was black to reduce power. Also, I contacted apple support and they said that nothing is wrong. Has it still got to do with the processes. I've watched youtube clips about reducing battery drainage such as turning of background refresh. Any Help? Will this phone (As it is brand new) go back to normal state later as apple proves the iPhone XR should have 'The iPhone XR's specs list talk time of up to 25 hours, Internet use up to 15 hours, video playback (wireless) of up to 16 hours, and audio playback (wireless) of up to 65 hours. Hello,

See this:

1) Have you tried a restart?  If not, do it now.

2) See the section "View battery usage information" in the link below to see the apps that are consuming your battery:

Maximizing Battery Life and Lifespan

3) Check “Battery Health” in the link:

iPhone Battery and Performance

Note: depending on where you bought it, you generally have 14 days to return it.

Good luck.
