I walked for 1 hour in the health app it shows I walked for 3.5 miles however the activity level only count 8 minutes and its not the first time how do I fix this?

Recalibrate your Watch. If still no change, reset your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
