how to protect my Apple ID from ilegal purchase
up to now I did't update my payment model since many illegal purchase use my ID and deduct my credit card , how to protect it.
I have talked several time with Apple officer support but nothing happen

You might want to consider changing your password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
