iOS 13 update and handoff

After the update to iOS 13 the handoff feature seems to be broken with regard to universal copy / paste. I can no longer copy / paste between my iOS devices and my Mac. My Mac is still on Mojave. I am wondering if this will begin working after Catalina is released and installed. Everything else involving "handoff" is fine. It just affects the copy / paste feature.

Solved: I tested this from my iPad and it worked fine. But my iPhone X wouldn't work. Handoff was working but the Universal Clipboard wasn't working at all. I decided something in iCloud data was corrupted somewhere. So I signed out of iCloud on my phone and told it to remove all iCloud data from the device. Then I waited about 5 minutes and signed back into iCloud on my phone, allowing it time to rebuild all of the iCloud data. Now my iPhone is working as it should be. I suspect that upgrading to iOS 13 somehow corrupted some data in the phone.

Currently on 13.2.1. Syncing of safari tabs and that kind of thing works. Just the copy / paste buffer seems broken. Doesn’t work from iOS to Mac or Mac to iOS.
