unlocked sim free iphone 8

If I buy a unlocked sim free iphone can i use it on any network? I am military and move around alot, im going some where that only has T mobile, but when i return i might want to go back to At&t. do i just but a sim card for the pone?

An unlocked phone can use almost any sim.
