Walkie Talkie app not working at all

So some of my coworkers have also gotten apple watches and we are trying to add each other on the Walkie Talkie app, they had success connecting to each other but I cannot connect with either one of them it tells them I’m not available. I have a Series 2 and they have a 4 and a 5. As you can see everything is up to date. But my watch won’t load my contacts anymore after I restarted it and my phone. I’m not sure what else to do, things I’ve done:

  1. Restarted iPhone
  2. Restarted iWatch
  3. Made sure FaceTime is on and both my email and phone number are matching and the same under Caller ID and FaceTime
  4. Checked for updates on both

I’m not sure what else I can do or what I’m missing. I’ve added pictures of what I thought would help others answer my question.
