Turn off unknown iMessage profiles in iOS 13

Is there a way to opt out from seeing the new message profile (photo/memoji and name) in iMessage for numbers not in your contacts list. After upgrading to iOS 13, when I receive an iMessage from someone not in my contacts list, I see their photo and "Maybe: [name]" instead of the phone number. I couldn't find any way to turn this off. I turned off all Siri suggestions for both Contacts and Messages but nothing changed.
