Why is my apple id disabled? I just want to update some apps

I want to update some apps, but my apple id is disabled. How can I fix this?

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support


If it states that your account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, contact Apple support. See: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
