I was erroneously billed for an Apple Music subscription which I have never used.
I was erroneously billed for an Apple Music subscription which I have never used. Apple does not provide a way to request a refund of this erroneous charge. I canceled the subscription but find no way to request a refund for a service that I did not order and have never used.
I have a google play subscription and have no reason to subscribe to an additional music service.
Its interesting how apple provides assistance for erroneous billing from 3rd party vendors, but blocks any requests regarding their services and erroneous billing.
Where do I sent a request/complaint?
