export mail rule data

Mail is starting to slow down because of all the rules I have to delete undesired email.

How can I export the data, usually from sender addresses, so that I can place this information at the IPO email site and not have it even come to my Mac?

I'm not sure I completely understand your question, but if you want to export your Mail Rules themselves, open the following folder:

~/Library/Mail/V6/MailData

Locate all the files with Rules in their names (there may be three or four of them), and drag them elsewhere. I don't know what "the IPO email site" means.

Mail Rules are easily deactivated by de-selecting their Active checkboxes in Mail's Preferences.
