unable to listen voice from whats app with carplay for iphone11

I have one thing using my iPhone that is bugging me. I have am connecting my iPhone to my car is enabled and working. But, when I launch Whatsapp on my Phone (while still connected to the car) and want to record a voice message - it does not work. It "records" voice message, but there nothing can be heard, like the microphone is not working.

When I am using siri, outgoing/incoming call, everything else, the iPhone is using probably my cars microphone at that works seamlessly. But this one thing does not.

Do you guys know how to fix this, or do you have some workaround?

I am using iPhone 11.
