Apple watch gen2 - Looks like battery instantly dies, charging not successful, on disply logo appear for few seconds and goes to dark, looks like repeating restarts. Watch become hot after while. Any experience?

Does somebody fix same problem with replacing battery?

Sounds like you might need a replacement battery. If possible make an appointment with an Apple store Genius Bar.
