Native Mail app - tons of issues with iPhone 11 and new IOS 13.x.x

Have people experienced problems with the native Mail app in iPhone 11 running the IOS 13.x.x.? I'm support my new users with this phone and getting all kinds of problems with the native mail app. Issues are all int native mail app.

duplicate mail on sent items. Some emails are duplicated in the sent items even though it was only sent once. Doesn't show duplicate email items in the server or local computer. Only in the newest iPhone.
When forwarding email, some email history is not on the forwarded email. Some are and some are not.
Mail app crashes more often

Just updated to iOS 13.2 (running on iPhone Xs Max) and started having all kind of issues with Mail app. Including freezing, being unresponsive and crashing when trying to open emails. I have iCloud and Exchange accounts and both are having issues while loading or retrieving emails. I tried all possible solutions, but to avail.

But, here is the work around which fixed the issue for me:

Reset Network Settings (possibly not necessary, but do it anyway).
Make sure Complete Threads is enabled under Mail settings..

NO. Direct from Apple store. The issue is not local to my users here in London. Our New York office users who recently receive the iPhone 11 Pro are also experiencing the problem with the native Mail app.
