deleting 32-bit apps on macbook pro
32-bit Apps are not anything that will get in your way today.
Apple has said they will not be supported as "regular" Apps in Catalina, which at this writing has not yet been released.
To remove any Application (except those that are part of Mac OS such as Safari) drag it to the Trash. You may need to enter your Admin Password to proceed.

OK. So what is your question.
how to?
Follow the apps instructions regarding how to uninstall an app. Some apps can be dragged to the trash while others require that their uninstall directions be followed.
