Ipad pro 10.5 boot loop

My iPad Pro 10.5 keep randomly restarting in middle of use even I reset it factory resetting and hard resetting my device is update to latest software any idea its hardware or software problems?

iPad 7th gen infinite reboot loop My iPad 7th gen, non jailbroken, has been crashing and restarting lately, but only today it started to reboot itself multiple times. The first 2 times were whilst I was playing some games, but the ipad managed to reboot properly both times. Now for over 4 hours it's been stuck in a boot loop that I can't get out of. I've tried holding the Home button and Power button for 10 seconds, but still no luck. Anyone know how to help?

iPad 6th gen. keeps restarting itself. I erased all info and started from scratch. Went to Apple, they did the same thing and it is not fixed. Also did a hard reboot. How can I fix this problem? I have no insurance on the IPad.
