There is no “Tap to speak time” on my watch app.
I tried the delete and reinstall, it doesn’t work. Then I checked my watch app setting, I noticed I don’t have the “ Tap to speak time” in my sound and haptics. What can I do?

On your Watch go to Settings then tap on CLOCK and turn on Speak Time and Always Speak. (Apple moved this function). If still no go, sweep up on the watch face to your ControlPanel and make sure nothing is muted.
