You may get your Apple Pencil engraved if it's a second generation Apple Pencil.

A lightning adapter and extra tip comes with the first generation Apple Pencil. Nothing comes with the second generation Pencil.
Enclosures with the iPad depend on the model, but generally speaking, you get a cable and electrical adapter.
