I turned off my daughters ask to buy and now I don't have the option to turn it back on

I turned off my daughters ask to buy and now I don't have the option to turn it back on under Family Sharing. She's listed as "Adult". I don't know how to change that.

How old is she ? Ask To Buy can only be enabled on under-18s (that age may vary by country)
