Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand your AirPods are not showing under your listed devices in your Apple ID account. I’ll be happy to help with this.
Apple states, ‘Your AirPods will appear in the Find My iPhone app, but they won't appear in your Apple ID device list. You can remove your AirPods from your account using Find My iPhone.’ As seen in this article:
Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in
