This is Sumit. I have problem about New IOS software update ISO13. This problem is, 2days before I connect my phone to WIFI for update but wifi got disconnect without download the IOS13. Now when i connect my phone to wifi for update then it shows only ESTIMATING TIME REMAINING and Update requested..from yesterday it continually show this even i didnt disconnect wifi signal but update not going forward..
please suggest..

See this for over the air update help, Get help with over-the-air iOS updates - Apple Support If necessary, update via the computer with the latest version of iTunes.
try resetting the NETWORK connections. Setup--> general--> Reset --> Reset network settings..
You may loosed you network passwords. I had to do this with 2 iphone 7+ s
