Hello jenni276,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! I'd like to help out as best as I can with you being able to see your daughter's contacts on your iPhone.

Looking at the Family Sharing article, Contacts is not listed as one of the items which have the option to be shared.

There may be an email account or contacts account which your daughter has on her iPhone, that is also on yours. At Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Compare the accounts shown on each iPhone.

Read more about contact accounts here: Manage and delete contacts on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If prior to using Family Sharing you shared an Apple ID, those contacts could be from when that Apple ID was shared.

If you have Contacts enabled at Settings > Tap your name > iCloud, you can view which contacts are associated with your Apple ID at the iCloud website. Sign in with your Apple ID and select Contacts.

I hope these steps help you out. Enjoy your day!
